Definitions

  1. “Products”: digital items such as Shopify themes, templates, and assets.

  2. “Services”: setup, customization, consulting, and related work.

  3. “You/Customer”: the person or entity purchasing or using our Products/Services.

Licensing & Usage

Unless stated otherwise, our Shopify themes are sold under a single-store license (one production domain per purchase). You may not redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the Product. Development/staging copies are permitted for the licensed store.

Delivery & Updates

Products are delivered via download after successful payment. Eligible purchases include lifetime updates for the licensed product, covering compatibility and improvements (no guarantee of feature parity across Shopify changes).

Support

Eligible purchases include theme support for installation issues and reasonable usage guidance. Support does not include custom development, third-party app conflicts, or tasks beyond the product scope those can be quoted separately.

Payments, Taxes, & Checkout

Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) may be collected at checkout as required by law.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell Products

  • Remove licensing notices or claim ownership

  • Use Products in illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent contexts

  • Reverse-engineer licensing systems or attempt to circumvent access controls

Services (If Purchased)

Service scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in writing (order page or proposal). Client must provide timely access and materials. Delays in client feedback may extend timelines. Change requests beyond scope may require a new quote.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy below. Digital products have special conditions due to their downloadable nature.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within Products (code, design, graphics, branding) is owned by Team90Degree or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

Disclaimers

Products and Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant error-free operation on every store configuration, theme combination, or third-party app stack. We will make reasonable efforts to fix reproducible product defects.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Team90Degree harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Products/Services or breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update this Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
